一、个人简介

李少珍，女，汉族，出生于河南省新乡市，中共党员。2015年9月至2017年6月就读于河南科技大学食品与生物工程学院，获得食品加工与安全专业硕士学位。2017年9月2021年6月就读于江南大学食品学院。以第一作者发表多篇SCI论文，主要从事食品安全的检测方向。
